    I purchased one set of weights. I loved how easy it was to slide the latch to add or decrease the weights. I got rid of the other dumbbells that were taking up more room in my apartment. I then decided to purchase another set… one for each hand. I wish I would have known how much I would enjoy using them. I am retired and have not worked out in years. However, these are wonderful and gradually I will increase reps and weights for toning up and strengthening. I recommend these😉

    I’m absolutely in love with these adjustable weights, they make my at-home gym feel so much more official. They’re easy to adjust, which means I can seamlessly flow from one exercise to the next. The grip is great and never feels slippery to me even though it is a metal bar. Plus, they’re perfect for progressive overload it’s like buying 5 pairs of weights that take up the space of 1 pair. Honestly, they’re so worth it to me, the quality is great, they look great. I’d recommend.
